If you’re like me, then you’ve also probably been caught up in the busy-ness of life leading to feelings of overwhelm and stress and at some stage you realise that things need to change and I assume that that is possibly one of the reasons why you are here...
So if you are looking for change, a place to start very simply, very easily, then you’re at the right place. Yay! I’ve put this 4-part course together with a Pure Beginner in mind. Someone who has never tried Yoga before. Maybe you think you’re too stiff, too large, too old, too busy, too unhappy... not to worry, give this course a try and see if we can make a few changes together.
There are 4 classes, each class includes very gentle and simple warm up practices, a few Yoga postures or movements, breathing practices and a relaxation practice.

I been watching hatha yoga on youtube, but dident find one I like. this is want I need hatha yoga beginner, I hope she make a part 2, this is a very good yoga course, so happy I find it . Nina is a great teacher/instructur..thanks

My yoga journey started while studying a business science degree at UCT in 2001 when I attended integral hatha yoga classes with my parents at a small nearby yoga studio. I immediately fell in love with the practices on a physical, mental and emotional level and completed my teacher training in 2003 to further my interest and knowledge in the art. I had no intention of teaching, I was planning on going into the corporate world. Yoga had other plans for me and I’ve been teaching and traveling full time since 2004. My yoga journey and teaching has transitioned through many different phases but my true passion is gentle, slow, restorative and healing yoga. I seem to attract students who struggle with stress, anxiety, burn out, back problems and low self-esteem, all conditions I have journeyed through as well.
