This is an Introduction Video, to learn the workflow of turning 2D plans into 3D models using Autodesk Maya, then texturing them and producing photo realistic renders using Lumion.
In this lesson, learn to get your 2D architecture plan into Autodesk Maya, and Model your building in high detail based on the 2D plans, and then Create Walls of the Architectural Building.
In this Lesson you are going to learn how to Model your building in high detail based on the 2D plans. Create Windows and Doors of the Architectural Building.
Through this Lesson you will be easily able to apply textures to different parts of your building, using Autodesk Maya and as well as Keyshot.
Let’s Set up your environment scene in Lumion and Produce stunning photorealistic renders and animations of your scene.
It's time to take your 3d models to the next level with Lumion. There is no faster or easier way to go from a basic model to stunning visualization.
No one deserves to be left looking here or there for tutorials, running into endless problems, and feeling demotivated for their career. That's why I have made this course, for you.
Generally, when it comes to Architectural Visualization, you will find plenty of guides using different software, but never with Autodesk Maya. Despite it being a leading software for 3D Modeling and Animations, there isn't enough teaching content online for those of us who wish to embark in this field and use our favorite program to do so. As a result, Maya users are often discouraged to pursue a career in Archviz.
With this course, I'm aiming to fill in the blanks in the industry, and provide the full workflow of Architectural Visualization using Maya, starting with only a 2D plan of your project. You will learn all the steps, from A to Z, on how to take your plan into Maya, turn it into a reference that you can use to model upon it, then you'll learn how to apply textures and finally take your model into Lumion, where you will produce jaw-dropping photorealistic renders that are guaranteed to move your career to the next level.
While making this course, I made sure to address all the minor details and steps that you should take, leaving no room for frustration on your end. I break down each tool I use, making notes of the shortcuts, and explaining the process in detail along the way. By doing this, I made the course accessible for beginners that are just starting to use Autodesk Maya, while keeping it challenging and interesting for the more intermediate users. For Lumion, no previous experience is needed, as those programs are fairly simple to get started with.
I believe that a tutor's job truly starts after releasing a course, as that's when students will need help with their own projects, and some might need more thorough explanation of tools and concepts used. As such, I am making it my duty to respond to each one of you, and do my best to assist you in solving any problems that may arise.
This course can and will help you get started in this very rewarding and creative field, and kick-start your career as a 3D Artist.
