Try this version of sun salutations, surya namaskar, and feel free to go through a few rounds, as much as you have time to practice. The more you do it, the more fluid it will become. Focus on your breath and maintain the elongation of your spine with bandhas engaged. Namaste
This is a full length video for you to practice. It is open to all levels, but since this was filmed in Bali at my yoga teacher training course, you will notice it is more intermediate to advanced in some instances. Just do the best you can, stay connected to your breath and be sure to enjoy the journey.
