Inhale through the nose to expand the lower lungs and belly, press the head into your palm to resist movement, tilt the neck, roll shoulders back, and circle the eyes.
Perform eye opening and closing, alternate gaze left-right, up-down, and diagonal to max angle, roll eyes, then place palms over closed eyes and massage the lids in a circular motion.
Perform neck rotations and head tilts, press the back of the head into the palm, then roll your eyes, shift between near and far focus, and blink rapidly.
Day 15 guides breathing with a five-part exhale, forehead palms support, head tilts, and eye movements from tip of nose to near and far objects, followed by eye closures.
Strengthen the ciliary muscle to improve accommodation over 10 days, using cool water to tone the eye area and warm water to boost circulation, with twice-daily 10-minute practice.
Perform day 23 of eye yoga, using cold morning and warm evening eyelid water. Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth, and perform neck tilts and eye exercises.
Day 27 of eye yoga for 30 days with face yoga from ukraine guides you through wetting eyelids with cold water and warm water, nasal breathing, eye movements, and eyelid presses.

The second strengthens the motor muscles of the eyes to relieve fatigue.
