I've stood in front of rooms for over a decade — classrooms, staff meetings, training sessions, parent evenings — and I'll be honest with you: I wasn't always the confident one.
In a one-to-one conversation? Fine. Leading a small group I knew well? No problem. But put me in front of a formal audience, under evaluation, with something at stake — and I felt it. The over-preparation. The mental rehearsal that somehow made it worse. The moment the room went quiet and I had to begin.
What changed wasn't a single breakthrough. It was understanding that speaking confidence isn't a trait — it's a practice. And practice, it turns out, is exactly what I was trained to design.
I'm a Learning & Development practitioner with a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Organizational Learning and Development, and communication skills have been at the center of my work for years — first as Head of English at an international school in Riyadh, then as a corporate L&D consultant working with professionals across the GCC.
But the moment that convinced me to build this course wasn't about me.
It was watching a student — quiet, hesitant, the kind of person who'd go to lengths to avoid being called on — stand up and deliver a speech that stopped the room. Not because they'd suddenly become fearless. Because they'd practiced, reflected, and practiced again. Confidence had been built, day by day, until it held.
That's what this course is built on. Not theory. Not tips. A daily process that actually works — because I've watched it work.
