
In order to remove your Back Pain or Sciatica, you first need to have an understanding of why you are having pain in the first place. Remember that you have to:
Remove any painful movements and postures and replace them with painless postures and movements
Repeatedly stressing and irritating the painful structures will sensitize them and thus your back will continue to be painful.
Therefore, it's vital to desensitize your lower back by removing the painful triggers (possibly poor posture, poor movements such as poor lifting, twisting and bending techniques) and change, remove or modify them so that they are painless. Then and only then will the pain decrease and desensitize simply by adding pain free movements instead.

The cat-camel is to mobilize the spine gently before we start the strengthening exercises.
We now do the modified curl-up to strengthen the abdominal muscles
The side bridge is now performed to strengthen the lateral muscles such as the quadratus lumborum muscles
The bird dog is now performed to strengthen the posterior muscles to finish the big 3
