    1. Remove any painful movements and postures and replace them with painless postures and movements

    3. Therefore, it's vital to desensitize your lower back by removing the painful triggers (possibly poor posture, poor movements such as poor lifting, twisting and bending techniques) and change, remove or modify them so that they are painless. Then and only then will the pain decrease and desensitize simply by adding pain free movements instead.
