This is our introduction to our first course to get you started on the right path.
Welcome to our first course called "Road Map to Business Success". This is a course designed to help new coaches, trainers, and industry experts to get started by sharing their skills and knowledge by starting a brand new business or building on one that is already in existence.
Attached below this video is a flyer talking about our more advanced courses after you have completed this one. Go ahead and download it now. Future modules will have similar downloads.
In this module, we will talk about what you need to have you start on any new path or journey.
When starting on a new journey you must be aware of where you are right now and where you want to go.
Confucius once said, "A journey of 1000 miles begins with the first step".
The initial steps you may take could make you or break you. Let us make sure you are taking the right steps, otherwise, you could end up in a place you don't like.
In this module, we will be going into the first biggest mistake that most new coaches, trainers, and industry experts make when they are starting or trying to grow a business.
This mistake is identifying who they want to help. This is known as their Specific Audience. When you begin to try to find the potential clients you need to know exactly to who you are going to market. If you do not know exactly who they are you will waste a lot of money, time, and energy in attempting to attract someone who doesn't want to work with you in the first place.
In this module, we review a topic known as a Self-Defined Label. This label is terminology that everyone will label themselves. This is not necessarily how you will call them. It is a word or set of words a person will either say "yes" to or "no" to. Everyone will have a multitude of Self-Defined Labels.
My knowing and understanding these labels you can build a better marketing campaign to seek our your Specific Audience and to be able to attract them into your program, product, or service more efficiently.
In this module, we cover the Specific Problem your client is facing. This starts off with their imagined Top-of-Mind problem that they believe they have.
You will normally discover that this problem is not their Actual Problem. Their Top-of-Mind problem is merely a symptom of a much bigger problem. This unrealized actual problem will be their real Specific Problem.
In this module, we will be discussing the Specific Solution that you will create to solve the Specific Problem your client has.
The Specific Problem includes any symptoms the person had, including the original Top of Mind problem they had when they first got into contact with you. Your Specific Solution is your initial way to help your clients through a big problem or potentially a series of big problems.
In this module, we go through a series of smaller solutions you will provide to a client through one specific program or Call to Action you provide.
In a Solution Series, you will take your clients through an evolution of steps. This will mean that every small solution you provide will create another problem that needs to be solved. Your entire series of solution is referred to as a Solution Series.
In this module, we cover the advantages of having a Sales Funnel. This is for program designers who have different levels of intimacy they give their clients as to how they want to digest the materials a trainer gives.
This is perfect if you have a course or coaching program that is based on a live or virtual event you have. That event is based upon a book you have written. The deeper a person goes into your funnel the more expensive it will be while they receive more direct contact with the trainer.
In this module, we cover the Spiral Revenue Model which is when you have a sequence of programs that can stand independently yet could be the next logical step for someone who had taken one of your earlier programs.
In this lesson, we are going to cover how we can work together in the future. If you are serious about growing your business, you are open to new ideas, know that your future requires an investment, and are eager to grow then us continuing to work together may be in the cards.
This course was created to aid new entrepreneurs and small business owners who would consider themselves industry experts in their field. Being an expert will sometimes lead to overthinking the solution that they provide.
This course is an introduction to a series of courses called Business Kickstarter. Those courses will be distributed into smaller more easily digestible courses.
This course is taking the entrepreneur back to the drawing board as to who they want to help. Too often a business owner is too broad as to who they are wanting to market to.
They also may not fully understand the actual problem a potential client has. Understanding what is truly the problem and creating a series of steps to solve that problem will make the business more successful while also solving the true problem the potential client may need.
The way you solve a problem is also critical when setting up your programs. You may not realize that when you solve a problem for someone that it actually will cause other problems. If you set your program and programs up effectively then you can capitalize on the solutions you are providing.
This course is aimed at all of these situations by making the entrepreneur more efficient in what they provide.
This course is the first step of a multitude of courses that will follow. It is not only designed for someone who is just starting out but also for those who are seasoned professionals who want to serve their clients more efficiently.
