Meditation is a very ancient practice and there is good reason for why it has stood the test of time, it works.
When we go within ourselves and deeply contemplate, we find answers within us. This process allows us to connect to vibrational energy, which renews us and enables us to connect with our energies.
In this video, I have provided you with 6 mediation descriptions, and you will practice these in your meditations, and they will help you to understand that what I am teaching you is based on sound principles.
This lecture will help you to understand the framework for breathing exercises and provide you with an awareness of your energy flow through pranayama.
Meditation and walking is centred around being, 'fully present' and feeling the movement of our body. This means you need to focus on the contraction of the muscles as you breath in and exhale out. As you practice walking, and meditation, start off slowly and mindfully and learn to walk in rhythm with your mind and body.
I have added a 'focus awareness' exercise called "The Bubble". Our thoughts can take us in many different directions and this exercise will teach you how to focus on thoughts as a bubble and then let each thought pass, until you become still with your breathing alone. I have added the Audio, into your resources section. I want you to learn this technique and then you can practice it anywhere, any time and any place, you need to centre yourself and feel lighter.
HOW TO BUILD MOMENTUM USING VISUALISATION
For personal and business growth.
Momentum is the continuous flow of what we put into motion.
It is the flow on effect of an idea; a concept or design; a principle; or perhaps hope.
When our mind first conceives, it will come into effect, only by a sound belief and the progress of momentum. The first stage is desire, a desire for a belief or dream to become a reality. It must be formed in the mind and visualised in all its glory and detail.
Momentum builds from belief; a clear visualisation and this transcends to verbalisation, which will ignite a spark, and another spark to build momentum. The first proponent of this belief, or idea, must hold onto this mental visualisation and belief, until it is clearly embedded.
Ideas, for example can only become a reality with a solid belief, believability, and benefit.
How deep is your belief, and your ability to make your idea believable and who will benefit from it? What does momentum look like? It is something that starts small and builds to become a reality, just like every invention through history, or it is an idea that becomes a common practice.
The power of momentum needs a clear path for the spark to keep alight, this can only be visualised and mapped out through clarity of purpose and intent.
Visualisation is the ability to create a mental image of your concept or idea. We can then put this mental image into words, so that people can understand them, this is the verbalisation process.
Meditation, is a way of allowing the mind to flow into visualisation and create mental images that are clear and able to be replicated into reality.
Every single person struggles with maintaining a positive mind set, in difficult circumstances. Even now, after decades of practicing, mind courage, I have to tap into the power of a positive mindset, when faced with negativity. When in these situations, I am grateful that I know how to do this, and so I share this podcast, to let people people know that the mind, your mind, can change the way you see and experience everything. When people start the mediation/mindfulness process they struggle to 'rest the mind' from distractions. This simple technique will allow you to quieten your mind and focus of aligning your mind and body into a place where you can feel complete equilibrium. It's so simple and easy and before you are half way through he exercise, you will have forgotten about all the things that have been occupying your mind and causing you angst.

In this exercise you are asked to let go of your name, title, and attachments to people and things. This is your opportunity to travel to a safe place. Once you understand this technique, you will be able to do this anytime you feel like you want to escape.
If you believe that finding your purpose is about finding what you are meant to do, then think again.
When we have emotional blockages, it means we are building up resentment and stress. The best thing to do it feel it in the moment and then 'let it pass'.
