Join Dave Sheridan and Keith Mayer, professional coaches, as they look at the skills needed to help you, as a coach, to bring out the best in the people you are working with.
Relevant to sporting teams, individuals, and groups, they share their experience with you and hope you can pick up some valuable skills, which will develop your coaching ability, and in turn the ability of the people you coach.
You already have the knowledge, skills and experience of an excellent coach – but this course will help you to share those skills in an engaging, motivating manner which sparks imagination, creativity and partnership in the people you are coaching.

This is an informal conversation-style series of lectures with no handouts. You will be able to note the most relevant issues and skills to your own situation and profession.

Instructor
I have over 30 years experience of coaching individuals and teams of people, in a wide variety of settings from classrooms, to sports clubs, to the corporate environment. I am a meticulous planner and have experience in both creating and delivering new programmes to all levels of organisations from service users to Managing Directors.
I has spent much of my life around sport, specialising in Martial Arts from an early age, and also enjoying success at a high level of Amateur Rugby League. I have extensive experience delivering personal development programmes in different environments such as rugby teams, football clubs, staff planning days, one to one coaching, away days and many more.
