Who is your coach?

I am Winfred and I am a personal/business coach with 20 years of experience in management and marketing. I organize hiking retreats and personal develop program that will help you grow and develop yourself. My goal is to realize a personal transformation that will make you enjoy life as much as possible.

I believe that walking does miracles for your mind. It’s the first step towards inner peace and clarity. That is why I always use walking during my work. For me it’s clear that most problems in life arise because you look at problems only from your own perspective. When you learn to look through someone else’s eyes you can anticipate on their ideas, needs and expectations. I often use photography to teach what a different view of the world you can get when you look form a different perspective.

Why did I create this course?
