My Name is Faiq Ismayilov .I am 46.
I am NESTA certified Sports Nutrition specialist and NESTA certified Muay-Thai fitness instructor .
I have started sports in Greco-Roman wrestling back in 1990 and trained in boxing through the 1993-1998.
Competed in number of national scale amateur boxing and wushu-sanda competitions winning gold and silver medals.
Joined army and trained in judo and Russian sambo as part of military preparation program.
Has founded ''Tayfun Professional Self defense '' club in 2017 specialized in close combat and self defense training.
Successfully completed and certified in Sports Nutrition and Muay-Thai fitness in 2018.
I am passionate about inspiring and educating others about health ,fitness and sports .
