Welcome to our class! You have taken a powerful step to change your life for the better.
You are going to learn 20 unique systems that can be applied immediately after viewing each 3-7 minute video.
These are the techniques, practices, practitioners, and resources that I use in my personal life, and teach to my clients.
Grab your notebook, and let’s begin!
Using a pendulum to receive direction and/or confirmation for yes and no questions is a powerful resource to have.
Using a necklace, object with a weighted end that can spin directionally, or a pendulum bought online at www.amazon.com
I teach you to attune you’re pendulum to your own energy and ask it to show you the directions for yes, no, and maybe.
I use my pendulum throughout the day to help me discern courses of action. It is a wonderful tool to have.
Crystal grids add an energetic layer of protection to your home, office, car, on your person, or in your purse/bag/pocket.
Crystals each have a frequency that can clear negative frequencies in those spaces. Amazon.com is a great place to order the crystals most often used like Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz, Black Obsidian, Hematite, Amethyst, Selenite, and Citrine.
Creating an altar in a public or private space of your home or office creates a loving energy in that space.
Objects of significance are often found on altars, along with candles, incense, feathers, photos, and rocks.
You can set up your altar to authentically represent yourself.
The Ho’ oponopono Prayer for Healing is a mantra based upon the Hawaiian principle to “Hurt no One.”
This mantra was used to resolve conflict in Hawaiian tradition. The simple 4 line prayer is powerful offering forgiveness to others, while healing the hurt, angry, and wounded part of ourselves:
I Love You
I’m Sorry
Forgive Me
Thank You
Repeat these 4 statements aloud or silently in your mind as a daily practice to forgive someone.
Another forgiveness practice that I have used is also sent while in meditation from a contemplative state. It can be hard to forgive when we are hurt. It feels almost counterproductive. I’ve learned that forgiving others actually heals me. It doesn’t permit others to hurt us again, because these practices are done privately, the person does not have to know, unless we want to tell them.
Here is the process: from a meditative and prayerful state say to yourself or out loud, “May ________ be happy, May they be blessed, May they feel loved.”
The truth is that wounded people wound other people. If people truly felt loved, blessed, and happy, no one would hurt anyone. Sending this prayer once per day will either change them, the situation, or you. You will feel better as a result, and that is most important- for you to regain your happiness. Forgiving others places your feet on that path.
Notice what begins to shift for you over the course of 2 weeks of engaging in these practices.
I learned affirmations from Louise Hay. You can take a deeper dive, download resources, and order books by going to www.louisehay.com and at her publishing company, Hay House: www.hayhouse.com
I believe that daily meditation is your number one tool to change your life forever.
I started on YouTube with guided meditations by The Honest Guys. They have a 4 minute “Morning Uplift” that I still listen to daily.
You might want to get my friend, Benjamin Decker’s book, “Practical Meditation for Beginners.” I show it in the video. He surveys 10 unique ways for you to try meditating each day to see what you like best.
Some of you might like peace and quiet. If so, set a timer on your phone for 4 to 20 minutes and sit silently observing your “rising” and “falling away” breath.
Whether you decide to do a guided, silent, walking, or any number of types meditation, you will be increasing the neuroplasticity of your brain and increasing your capacity for self-soothing.
This ability will allow you to “respond” instead of “reacting“ to situations and people, thus putting you in charge of your emotions instead of them running you around ragged!
Try it out and let me know how meditation changes your life.
In this video I present to you a thought replacement technique developed by author Ora Nadrich in her book, “Says Who? How One Simple Question Can Change the Way You Think Forever.”
What I like about this system is that it draws you into the present moment by asking yourself a series of questions to check-in with yourself when you notice feeling badly.
Identifying your negative and fear based thought, questioning it’s origin, deciding to release it, and then replacing it with a new thought that supports you is a powerful way to begin to feel better today.

A spiritual text and reading materials is important to cultivate a mindful life. We need to introduce new paradigms, thoughts, and teachings into our lives to create profound change, and then to maintain our changes.
You wouldn’t go to the gym once and be fit for the rest of your life. Likewise, find a spiritual text that speaks to your beliefs and values and then read it daily, or at least several times weekly.
For me that text is, “A Course in Miracles.” It talks about a mind shift from living out of fear, to living from love. The Course (as it is called) states, “Miracles occur naturally as expressions of love. The real miracle is the love that inspires them.” I love these two sentences because they cause you to drop into your heart center md love life from that mind vs the egoic (never satisfied) mind.

Card decks are SO fun to augment your spiritual practice and confirm your alignment.
I like to pick a few cards from my Gaia Oracle Deck at: www.blueangelonline.com when I have a question in mind and would like guidance. Another go to deck for me are the “Well Being” Card Deck from Esther and Jerry Hicks found at: www.abraham-hicks.com
Some of you may prefer Tarot Card Decks, there are SO many! Go online and Google, or go to a bookstore and ask if they have card decks that you can look at and feel.
This is a fun way to see where you are in relationship to your goals, and to receive messages of guidance and comfort.
