You use the Recruiting and Candidate Experience offering to set up the complete hiring process, which includes the configuration of career sites, job application flows, candidate selection processes, job requisitions, job offers, job application questionnaires, interview questionnaires, recruiting campaigns, candidate pools, agency hiring.

Before setting up Oracle Recruiting Cloud, you must implement either:

  An Oracle Recruiting Cloud 2022 Implementation Professional has demonstrated skills in setting up and using Recruiting Cloud. Individuals who earn this certification are able to configure Users and Security, Job Application Questions and Requisitions, the Career Site, the Candidate Selection Process, Job Offers, and Sourcing Interactions.

A combination of Oracle training and hands-on experience (attained via labs and/or field experience), in the learning subscription, provides the best preparation for passing the exam.
