Hey, Freedom Seeker!
This is Kadeem, and I want to "officially" welcome YOU to our world! Congratulations on taking the next step toward YOUR Freedom!
Years ago, I started investing in AirBnB properties. One thing lead to another and I found financial freedom through the process you're about to learn. I feel the message of freedom to my core, saw how it changed my life and those around me, and had to share it with everyone.
In fact, I've been able to speak on stages, travel with my family, change lives, and even retire my parents because of the things you're about to learn, but more on that later.
I'm so excited for YOU.
Remember it's easy to learn, but harder to take action so I hope you're an action-taker too.
My goal is to pack so much value here in this challenge that at the end, you'll be begging for more.
Sounds good?
Cool, then see you inside the video.
Thanks.
KD "Your Fellow Freedom Seeker"
PS. Remember one video a day keeps freedom in your way...
"There's nobody available."
It was the summer after I graduated college and I was desperate.
I was searching through contacts in my phone for anyone who wanted to go on a FREE vacation halfway across the country.
At that point, I had enough money to pay for another person and all I needed was a "yes".
"I'm sorry. I've got work."
"I can't. I've got work."
"I'm so sorry. I'm attending company training."
"I wish I could but…"
All of my friends had jobs… BUT what was once their biggest celebration was now draining their life.
It took ALL of their time and even more than that - it was taking their freedom.
They were working as much as they could to afford rent, food, bills, and STUDENT LOANS.
Students loans, by the way, from which they couldn't escape even in bankruptcy! That's crazy!
With that said, Freedom Seekers, today we'll set the stage for freedom and tomorrow we'll dispel a common myth people have about it.
And as I promised yesterday, I have a gift for you! Click the link here to see what it is. It'll help you in the next couple of days.
See you in the video!
Thanks.

Let me tell you a story…
"That sounds like a prison - a trap. Why would I ever want that?"
There I was sitting at a family dinner on Sunday- the six of us included my two grandparents on the deck of my house.
Then the conversation took a turn for the worst...
One by one we gave an update on our jobs until it came to me. I saw heads bow and lips purse at the thought of my update because the truth was I didn't really have one at the time.
Despite the odd jobs here and there, I was an influencer with barely any followers and my store did maybe one sale a week if I was lucky. This had gone on for about 9 years and it was embarrassing.
That's when I heard it…
"Why not try getting a job at the local bank?"
My older sister worked in a bank in the city and things seemed to be going great for her.
She earned good money and helped my parents with the mortgage.
So why didn't I just start at a bank then work myself up like she did?
Here's what went through my mind.
My sister made good money, yes she did. But she only had 10 days off her job every year. She was always working overtime and even now, on the deck, she was 'finishing something up for work tomorrow'.
In fact, wasn't this the same sister I distinctly remember missing my college graduation because she could not get the time off from work? Are you kidding me??
That's definitely not how I wanted to live my life regardless of how much money I was paid.
And there was more, my sister really wanted to launch her own investing and accounting firm but there was no way she could find the time.
I thought to myself that there had to be a better way and if I started down that path, I would regret it.
So I gracefully responded to the question, admitted I had no update, and left the family table.
I began vehemently searching for more answers on the internet and I discovered an influencer coach. Let's call her Sam. Not only was Sam an influencer, but she taught other influencers! Holy smokes an influencer for influencers.
Her YouTube videos were viewed 100,000 times every week and she sold a $314 course.
I did some quick calculations and if just 1% of Sam's audience each week bought her course, she was earning $314,000 per month!
Even if Sam earned half or a third of that, she was making more money from her courses alone than either of my parents earned in a year. AND helping to create other influencers in the process!
This seemed like a dream and I was skeptical.
But, I had to learn so I bought the course and learned everything I could.
Fast-forward a few years and now I'm able to reach thousands of people through TikTok and Instagram while travelling the world AND making other people's lives better.
I've never felt more free and I'm so glad I didn't settle for a life I knew I didn't want like my family wanted.
I'm grateful for how things turned out and now I'm excited for YOU!
Don't worry, I won't be making you into an influencer, but I will be breaking down how I think think about freedom versus security which will make even more sense once we get to breaking down the FIRE movement and the math behind it in the next two days.
So let's get to the video!

"How could you possibly retire by 30 years old? You don't even have a job right now. Be realistic."
This is what I heard from my business college professor in my junior year.
I will never forget his voice over the phone and the way he sounded annoyed with me for even suggesting the idea.
In truth, he was trying to offer me an internship within a network of Fortune 500 companies he had access to that would pay me 120k as a starting salary under their wealth management divisions. I was a pretty smart cookie in my class and I had a stunning resume to justify my place there.
BUT - I knew if I took that job it would come with 80-hour work weeks and barely any time off in my first two years.. I knew that I would be tied down to an office for even longer than that and there was no way I wanted to compromise my freedom so I turned his offer down.
I never forgot how he made me feel that day.
Fast-forward, now I am 25, I live wherever I want and I own three rental properties.
My professor? Well he's still working.
That's my story. Let me tell you a little about the FIRE - Financially Independent Retire Early movement before we move into today's video.
First, you should know that the reason I advocate for the FIRE movement is because it's not just about money as you've probably seen thus far. It's about a lifestyle of the freedom to live in complete happiness.
I see too many people living miserable lives, working during the week, and escaping their lives on the weekends only to do the same cycle again the next week. The FIRE movement gave me the freedom to choose a different path.
There are a few different types of FIRE and they depend upon the type of lifestyle you want to live once you 'retire'.
Fat FIRE are for those who want to maintain a spending lifestyle of 10k or more per month.
On the other extreme, lean FIRE are for those who only plan to spend around 3k or less after retirement.
Barista FIRE is somewhere in between those two extremes.
Before hitting either of these FIRE goals, we'll also talk about coast FIRE which sets you up on a FIRE path before officially hitting your FIRE number.
In the video, we'll talk about each of these, the psychology behind FIRE, why I believe in it, what it is not, and then talk about a golden way to get there faster like I did.
Thanks.

I love the calculation that goes into fitting such a concept of deep profundity into a tiny understandable chunk.
I wonder how often we stop to think about calculating the things we do or want in life with the same level of efficiency?
In a world where prices are increasing faster than wages can keep up, how often do people stop to think about how much it would really take to retire?
I'm guessing that the answer is something close to - NOT ENOUGH!
So, Freedom Seeker, that's what we'll do today in the video as we break down a giant concept in a way I'm sure you'll appreciate and understand why I love talking about it.
Sounds good?
Okay.
See you in the video.

Hey!
I’ve helped to move a few dozen people towards freedom now, and there’s one thing I’ve noticed that separates the people who achieve it fast and those who take longer.
That skill is the ability to learn things quickly.
Learning skills quickly has been such a separator because most people don’t know anything about finance, business, or entrepreneurial systems and so we have to learn that fast.
Once they are able to learn those skills however, they last for years which is the best foundation you can have.
Imagine knowing that if anything happens to you, and you had to start over, you'd know exactly where to go and be back on track within a couple of years?
Now that's a solid foundation.
So here's what we'll talk about today.
This video will give you a snapshot of some of the learning skills you'll need to unlock your freedom faster.
We'll also cover:
How to become more efficient in your learning process
Where to find good information
What to look for in a mentor
When to look for a mentor
Time-saving hacks
And the secret process I personally use to learn quickly
Be sure to stick around until the end of the video for another bonus from me because you can probably tell that I like doing those (did you get the last one from me?)
So what are you waiting for FS?
See you inside the video!
Thanks.

You're halfway through the challenge, Freedom Seeker.
That's pretty awesome.
Let me tell you a story…
I was sitting in a conference room with at least 200 other professionals.
It was the first time that I had ever heard someone present completely about retirement.
About 30 minutes into the presentation, the presenter asked a question that caused room to tumble into silence.
"How long would you survive if you lost your job today?"
Presumably, what I thought most people were doing were the calculations in their head so I did the same.
I had about $80,000 in savings between my partner and I and we spent around $6000 per month.
13 months
13 FREAKING MONTHS
I was frozen.
I had a great job. I had done everything I was supposed to. Went to college and paid all my bills on time and there I was almost in tears as I realized I was terribly far from retirement and I'd be working until I died at this rate.
If you are doing the calculations now and realizing what I realized then, believe me I understand what you’re going through.
I was distraught.
Then, the presenter talked about escaping the rat race and how he was able to do it. He broke down the numbers he made from investments and showed us his journey.
Then he recommended Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki as homework for us to read and I did it - like any good student would.
In this video and the next two days, not only am I going to talk about what college didn't teach me about money, but also about what I learned from reading hundreds of books on money, from building a large company, and from growing with these amazing people inside Freedom Academy.
So let's go for it!
KD
By age 24, I had over half a million dollars in credit lines, over $7 million AUM of real estate, and began to travel the world. But it wasn't always like this...
Not long ago, I counted coins at the register struggling to pay for a big mac burger. This is your turn. I challenge you to go after financial freedom because it's worth it for you and your family.
We'll cover a lot in the challenge so this is the moment to get excited!
You'll learn these things inside in the challenge:
The difference between freedom and security.
The shortcut to financial independence so you can retire early.
How to use the banks money to grow any business.
How to travel the world for free.
How to learn skills more quickly.
How to manifest the life of your dreams.
How to redefine money.
How to ready your mind and emotions for your new life.
And more!
There is so much value packed in here that I'm getting overloaded with interest but I want to make sure we keep a high finish rate…
So here's 3 things you should know before you start.
Treat this challenge as if you paid $5,000 for it. We know this sounds silly but the mind is pretty powerful in the way we perceive value. We associate more expensive with more value but… You got this insane deal - still, it's no less valuable. After-all, if you got a perfectly minted Rolex for 70% off, would you wear it less?
Tell at least one other person about the Freedom Challenge. Let them know you've signed up and show them what you'll be learning. It's so easy to leave something unfinished when no one knows we're doing it so just this small step would make such a big difference in our time together. It would literally be a gift to yourself so you get the maximum value out of this.
GET EXCITED! You're literally about to change everything! Set a daily time that you'll be diving into the 14-Day Freedom Challenge so you're ready to go each day.
WATCH ONE VIDEO A DAY ONLY. Set a repeat calendar reminder in your phone for everyday. That way, the reminders are automatic until you finish.
I am your partner in this journey and I want to overdeliver! So, pay special attention inside for bonuses and cheat sheets to help you thrive.
To Your Success,
Kadeem
