Description

Inspired by the story of Santiago, the young shepherd from "The Alchemist," who embarked on a journey of self-discovery and continuous learning, we have designed 12 courses into a comprehensive program that mirrors the experiences and learning required for individuals to prepare for new challenges in their careers.

Each course is structured in two parts, following the 30% theory and 70% practice principle:

  • Part 1: Theory and Explanation: This part provides a thorough understanding of the key concepts and principles of each module.

  • Part 2: Practical Application through Real-life Scenarios: This part allows participants to apply their knowledge and skills through simulated real-life scenarios, enhancing their ability to handle actual workplace challenges.

This program is designed as a cohesive learning journey, guiding participants through a series of skills essential for career growth. The first part includes 5 interconnected courses that together lay a solid foundation for workplace success. Each course builds on the last, creating a seamless progression to help you become more effective, adaptable, and ready to face new challenges.
