Are you ready to bake gluten-free, vegan cookies this holiday?
This basic course will help you become familiar with the basic ingredients, techniques and useful tips. Once you understand what ingredients to use and what methods work for those ingredients, you will master gluten-free baking for the holidays.
I'm a Holistic Nutritionist for over 20 years and have worked with many clients who have sensitivities to foods, especially gluten, dairy and eggs. So along with writing 4 cookbooks, I want to further support those with dietary restrictions though videos. Not all gluten-free baking is healthy. In this course we will NOT be using any icing sugar, artificial colors or sweeteners.
The recipes provided are also lower in sugar than most recipes out there, so If the recipes provided are not sweet enough for you you can try increasing the sugar to your likeness.
Join this beginner course where I take you through the basics ingredients you'll need.
You will also learn about basic kitchen tools to have on hand.
Each recipe comes with a short video and printable recipe for you to follow.
The videos come directly from my kitchen, no fancy editing or perfect workspace. Just me in the kitchen showing you how it's done, including mistakes and all.
