    This 10 Week program is designed as an effective way of learning Tai Chi. Each week the practice builds on what you learned in the previous week. You can do it in 10 weeks, you can do it in 20 weeks, or you can do it in a year. Its totally up to you. For instance, you can do the first week's lesson in two or three weeks. If you really want to get it down in ten weeks, you must learn and practice every day for at least 45-60 minutes each time. I believe you will get great results.     If you are an instructor, this Ten Week video lesson will provide you with a structured healing method that students need.
