Narrative Practice (also known as Narrative Therapy) is interview strategy for reconstructing live stories, which aims to help participants explore their own unique wisdom and resources, so as to face life challenges more effectively. In recent years, narrative practice has been widely used in different fields such as psychotherapy, character interviews, group discussions, and community education. "Narrative Practice 101" is an introductory course specially designed for those who are interested in narrative work. This course is designed and taught by Dr. Chitat CHAN (Associate Professor, Department of Applied Social Sciences, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) and Hoyee Au-yeung (family counselor).
