Having the ability to turn on the dance floor is very useful in Kizomba, here are some excellent examples.
Zig Zag is one of our favourite moves, hope you will like it as well.
This move is tricky because your upper body is doing something different than your legs are so this will need a lot of practice to be smooth.
Kizomba 3D dancing . Enjoy :)
Sliding is not usual in Kizomba but we believe in this move looks very nice. Have fun!
Walking with your partner in Kizomba can be boring, why not add some tricks? :)
Here it comes, our Kizomba Challenge. If you practised all the previous moves you will be able to do this challenge, just give it time.
Even teachers do mistakes sometimes. Here are a few examples from these videos :))
All of the moves presented on music and even more. Congratulations for completing our Kizomba Course!
This course has 3 important sections:
Basic Steps: in case you are a beginner you can learn from this video all the steps and turns you need to know in order to be able to go to the next videos. Make sure you will only advance once you are confident with the basis steps and turns.
Improver to Intermediate: 10 Moves that grow in intensity each time you will do another one, they are explained on the count for men and for ladies and presented on music.
The challenge: is the most intense move from this course, practice slowly and give it time to perfect it.
BONUS: funny moments from filming to see that everyone can do a mistake so don't be to tough on yourself.
Have fun with these moves and please ask us if you have anything that you don't understand.
All it remans to do is to practice each day or at least one time per week and you will definitely see your progress.
PS: Musicality is extremely important so if you listen to music each day you will become more connected with the music and with your partner.
PPS: Please send a message if you have any questions or if you want a new DVD for you to extend your portfolio of moves.
