Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

(I am an instructor from Vietnam. English is not the main language in my country, so I use AI to help me share my knowledge, experience and lessons learned with learners around the world.)

You type a request into ChatGPT. The answer is vague, too long, or just wrong.

So you tweak a word, try again, and tweak again. The tool that was meant to save you time turns into one more thing to babysit.

Here is the good news: the AI is rarely the problem. The way you ask is. And asking well is not a talent. It is ten small habits you can pick up one lesson at a time.

Meet the 10 Golden Rules. Each lesson teaches one rule in about four minutes, and every rule runs live on real ChatGPT: the usual way of asking first, then the same task with the rule applied. You see the difference before you are asked to believe it.

You practice on tasks you really do: a leave request, a late payment reminder, a team message about a deadline, a status email, a training day plan, a holiday notice, a talk outline, and more. Every lesson ends with a short pause-and-try break, so you apply the rule to your own task before moving on.

This course is short on purpose, and strict about proof.

You do not just watch. After each lesson you answer a short quiz where every wrong option explains the mistake. At the end you take two timed final tests (20 questions each, 14 correct to pass) and hand in a playbook of five real tasks that you score against a clear rubric. If you pass, you know the habits work for you, not just for the examples.

What you get:

  • 12 focused video lessons with English captions

  • 30 practice questions with feedback on every answer choice

  • 2 full final tests, a hands-on project, and a scoring guide with grades

  • 4 downloadable resources: the Ten Golden Rules checklist, a reusable prompt template, the project brief with rubric, and the score and grade sheet

Who it is not for: anyone looking for coding, model training, or advanced automation. This is about getting better answers from a chat AI in everyday work and study.

Start the first lesson for free. In about three minutes you will watch one question turn into two very different answers.

About how this course was made: it was designed, directed, and reviewed by the instructor, with AI tools assisting in drafting, editing, and production. The narration uses a synthetic voice, the short on-screen presenter at the start of each lesson is an AI-generated avatar built from the instructor's own recorded video, and the background music and some sound effects are synthesized. The teaching method, the examples, and the assessments were chosen and approved by the instructor.

Who this course is for:

  • Office workers, students, teachers and freelancers who use AI chat tools
  • Anyone who has typed a request into an AI and got an answer that was vague, too long or wrong
  • Beginners who want ten simple habits instead of a long list of tips
