If you always wanted to create an abstract but didn't know where to start, this is the course for you. We will create easy abstracts that can be done in one or two evenings.
You will learn to combine different colors. You will learn brushstrokes that create awesome abstracts. You will learn to create a series - a few abstracts based on the same style. You will learn new techniques that make your paintings easier. You will use unusual materials like plastic lids, string, or scrapers from the hardware store. All the materials you will use will be easy to find and easy to use.
We will try a variety of styles so that you can discover what you like. You will try brushwork, drips, blending, stamping, and more. You may like brushwork more than color but you won’t know that unless you have tried all the techniques. You will decide what you really love.
The goal of this course is for you to have fun. You can create these paintings by yourself or with a group of friends. These paintings are meant to be created fast and with ease. What more can you want? Join me in my EASY and FUN abstract painting course.
