    Included is a poster to print out and hang on your wall. Fill it out whenever you've completed a day of mindfulness and share whatever thoughts come to mind after the practice. It can be a single word, or a few sentences. We are never alone when meditating, and by sharing out thoughts, feelings and emotions we can support one another in our common journey towards understanding ourselves.
