Description
This course is a 1 week to........ series course, taken from the '30 Days to conquer your anxiety through physical wellbeing. Some people find a month rather long and too much of a commitment to make. Concentrating on the 1 week series gives you the chance to pick and choose areas you wish to concentrate on. Some of the videos included may overlap, as the nature of this course is to keep practicing with consistency. Having said that, the benefit of doing the 1 week to..... series course is more in depth, and there is more attention spent on each day emotionally and physically.
In this course you will gain lifestyle and dietary suggestions to gain more energy levels. You will be doing yoga, meditation and Chi Kung (Chinese Traditional Exercise, using energy) to gain more energy in your days. You will learn when to take it easy, and enjoy your days off in nature. It's important to have a balanced lifestyle. We often lack energy when something is lacking, whether it's in our diet, lack of exercise, too much exercise or too much or not enough down time too. Too much of anything is not good. So here, balance is the key.
This course will help you find this.
If you have done my 1 week to a calmer you, then this is also a great follow on course.
I hope you enjoy this course and I look forward to seeing you within the course.

I currently live in Sarawakian Borneo. I was in the UK for 20 years where I studied and worked.
Before moving back to Borneo, I lectured at a college in the UK, teaching life management skills to students with Autism, helping them bridge the gap between school and further education or work; whilst there, I was inspired to complete my MA in Autism. I found that profound anxiety prevented their development in day-to-day tasks. As a passionate yoga student, I spent years learning techniques to cope with my own anxieties, which I shared with them. This made me realise I needed to take this further. I then made the leap to pursue my Yoga Teacher Training in Dharamsala in India and in the process made the full-time transition to becoming vegan.
I have now opened my own Yoga and meditation studio, 'Whole Life Stress Management', which looks at health, weight loss and staying young from the perspective of managing and reducing stress. During the hours that I don't run these sessions, my studio is opened for Autism consultation. Just recently, I continued on my yogic journey to gaining my 300 Hours YTT in Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, in Rishikesh India, where I had been living for 7 months due to strict international lockdown. I have now relocated to the UK, as that is the only place where my partner and I can live together, at least until the international travel ban has been removed.
I currently teach Kundalini Yoga, Chakra clearing online. This method is used to remove blockages in our body and emotions that prevent us from making the best decisions that are in our true alignment. I do also offer 121 consultations in Adult Autism, Stress Management and trauma.
When I am not at the studio, my partner and I perform as Xanaduduo, a jazz duo.
