This four-week yoga journey has been lovingly designed especially for beginners. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or returning after a break, this series will offer you a solid, supportive foundation.
Throughout these four weeks, we’ll explore a carefully selected set of fundamental yet powerful poses—a mix of standing, seated, and supine postures. These aren’t just physical movements; they are invitations to connect deeply with your body, mind, and breath.
You’ll gradually build not just flexibility and balance, but core strength and inner awareness—both essential for progressing along the path of yoga. Each session will help you understand the subtle, vital aspects of each pose, beyond just the alignment—because in yoga, it’s not only the body that moves, but the soul and mind too.
A special emphasis throughout this series is placed on the connection between breath and movement, and the quiet transformation that begins when you tune into that flow.

Please take a moment to read through the manual before starting. Some poses may require higher mobility or energy, and if you have any health concerns, we strongly recommend consulting your physician before beginning the practice.
That said, you’ll also find gentle variations for each pose—because yoga is not about pushing your limits, but about respecting where your body is today. Over time, with consistent practice, your body will open up naturally, and you’ll be able to explore deeper stretches safely and mindfully.
