This course consists of 2 sessions, consisting of engaging and meaningful group activities that aim to help learners apply and reinforce the skills they will learn.
This is a highly interactive & comprehensive course that is targeted at all staff who either have the responsibility for a group of staff engaged in teams, sub-units of the organization or who deals with clients and customers.
This is the second part of the course, which focuses more on intonation and vocal delivery (pace, volume, pitch, etc.). This second part of the course also aims to introduce methods to include clarity in your speech.
Learners will also be taught how to use appropriate communication techniques and tools to suit the different communication styles of people in both formal and informal settings. They will also have ample opportunities to practise these techniques via case scenarios and group activities.
