This course consists of 2 sessions, consisting of engaging and meaningful group activities that aim to help learners apply and reinforce the skills they will pick up.
It is also a highly interactive & comprehensive course that is targeted at staff who wish to effectively communicate with their team members in their companies. Those who regularly deal with clients and customers in their course of work will also find this course useful.
This is the first part of the course which focuses on non-verbal communication, emphasizing the importance of body language and active listening. Learners will also learn what the common barriers to effective communication are and how to overcome them.
Learners will discuss in groups and work together to apply what they have learnt via case studies and role-play activities, receiving feedback from the instructor whilst doing so.
