New Christian Yoga is a way of doing yoga like poses, stretches and other body weight exercise. The difference is the focus will be on Biblical passages, principles and faith. Here is what you get
The course is structured in a way to go over the reason behind this type of workout. After you get the background you can then pick and chose what routines to do.
Why take this course?
This course will focus on God and change how you look at doing traditional poses. Because exercise is not just about physical it is also about spiritual and mental.
This is the easiest and most basic form of yoga out of the entire program. For some this can be used for relaxation exercise.
This yoga is focused on holding poses for times of 20-50 seconds. They are isometric in nature and challenging.
This is advanced yoga with a continuous movement component to it. It is focused more on mobility verses isometric holds. It is challenging but easier than the most advanced yoga with bands.
This is advanced YOGA with bands. It should only be used if you are a regular exerciser with resistance training background.
Jeremy grew up in rural Minnesota where he developed appreciation for hard work and All American values. Through perseverance and dedication Jeremy played two sports at Wisconsin Lutheran College. He went on to graduate from there with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree.

Sure, you can spend hours on a treadmill or stationary bike. You’ll probably lose some weight. But endless cardio doesn’t create real health … and that’s what it’s all about!
