Instructor Biography

Paul Brainard, Industrial accountant turned productivity expert.

Paul was born and raised in Southern California. He completed his undergraduate work and went on to earn an MBA from the University of La Verne.

Fresh out of school, Paul landed his first job as the plant controller for a manufacturing company. Within no time he was a key contributor to the financial turnaround of the operation.

On his own, he studied the relationship between management actions and profitability, learning how to distinguish between the types of activities that increase productivity and the types of actions that hurt productivity .

Over the next 2 decades Paul honed these skills and developed an innovative program to rapidly improve business profitability by re-defining leadership and empowering workers. He designed it so anyone could follow the simple procedures and produce impressive outcomes. He calls it CHITA, because it rapidly delivers results.

Today Paul's CHITA business development program is being held in high regard because of its simple yet highly effective approach to rapid organization improvement. As a free online resource for managers, it is a convenient tool that makes it easy to transform an organization with confidence.
