Melanie currently serves as the VP of Operations at Learning Heroes, a role that comprises HR, Operations, and Strategy for the organization. Prior to working at Learning Heroes, she managed the HR business partner team for USAC, a $10B telecom not-for-profit organization. Prior to that, she served as a VP for People Operations at DonorsChoose. Melanie has a M.S. degree from American University in Organization Development and a professional certificate in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University. In 2017, she started her company, Breaker28, to help thousands of millennials make waves in their career more quickly than they thought possible.
