Leslie Spoor, President/CEO Concierge Business Solutions

Ms. Spoor has over 25 years' experience in both aerospace & defense (A&D) and commercial manufacturing/assembly environments and she has another 10 years' experience as a successful entrepreneur. She has extensive experience in managing and deploying business operating systems and related 'best practices' including Metrics measurements, process engineering and policy/procedure generation - all aimed to improve efficiencies and productivity.

Ms. Spoor has extensive experience in the project management and deployment of various ERP Suites, in all process areas from proposal and customer order management through engineering, planning, production, inventory, delivery, after market customer service, as well as finance and project accounting/earned value support in A&D and make-to-order environments.

In 2006, Ms. Spoor founded and is President of a Lifestyle Management Personal Concierge services company, Executive Errands® and in 2012 founded Concierge Business Solutions®, a consulting company dedicated to helping other business owners through the creation of action plans, mentoring, education and training (including Train the Trainer), policy development, problem solving and goal setting. Ms. Spoor is a business process expert.

Ms. Spoor gives back to her community and is a past Director on the Soroptimist House of Hope Board of Directors, was the 2011 – 2012 President of the Soroptimist International Cathedral City – Rancho Mirage club, and participates in several local non-profits including Chambers of Commerce and other community outreach agencies. In 2012, Ms. Spoor was recognized for her contributions in the Lifestyle Management industry and was named Member of the Year by the International Concierge and Lifestyle Management Association. Ms. Spoor is one of less than 20 Certified Concierge Specialists worldwide. She holds a General B Contractor's license and is a California licensed Notary.

Ms. Spoor has had more than 30 articles on Concierge services published in professional journals, chamber newsletters and local newspapers. She owns a proprietary software application that automates all the administrative functions of the Concierge business including an online electronic home inspection software application. She publishes a monthly e-newsletters and mentors other small businesses to help them further their own companies. Ms. Spoor is a licensed private pilot.
