Section 1: Brand Visibility - Clear Communication
A brand is defined by its core beliefs, but also by what the public perceives about it. A brand along with its marketing strategy, products and services has a mission.
Is their online and offline presence the same? Customers can also drive how other customers feel. Today with constant social interaction, if a customer writes about their experience on social media or in reviews and others read it, it’s immediate visibility, whether good or bad. A brand must pay attention to this and respond.
Section 2: The Google Search - Part Two
When someone opens Google and searches for your company name, what comes up? If they searched your type of business industry does your company come up? Brand visibility is not just being the answer to your name, but especially what you do and maintaining that 1st page spot. You cannot just build a website and social media pages and leave them untouched, thinking they will do the work for you. They must be updated consistently by adding fresh content, this way you are adding to the great “core” you established. In this video I explain how long-tail keywords work, how to build them so others find you.
Section 3: Is Your Visual Footprint in Sync?
How can potential customers retain your business in their mind, if you are not showcasing it boldly and proudly. In this video through case studies, we examine a variety of brands from different industries to see how in sync they are.
Section 4: Cross Pollination Between Website and Social Media
The main goal is to get customers to your website, have them stay longer, look around and buy. How do we achieve this without selling all the time? So many resist having a blog but when you write posts, you are adding fresh content and additional long-tail keywords which is keeping your site up-to-date and helping maintain your position on Google, which helps attract new customers. They may enter to read a post, and then move around to the other areas of your website and click on your social media icons and follow you there as well. From your site to social media and from social media to your site, all creating a nice rhythm.
Section 5: Finding Your Exact Target Audience
How do we find the exact target audience we’re trying to attract? I have learned through studying Google Analytics and show case studies of how connecting with other entrepreneurs on social media and community sites target those you’re trying to reach.

When you willingly and selflessly celebrate others, it shines a light on you also. Through examples I show how we can think of interesting, helpful and creative ways to draw traffic to our websites and you don’t need to sell all the time.

Volunteering or donating your time is proven to be good for your health and your happiness. Studies have shown that people who volunteer, live longer. We enjoy the gratification that comes from helping others. So obviously if we are healthier, happier and will live longer, we are in a great frame of mind to create and build wonderful things.
Section 8: Using Email Marketing, Opt-in Offers and Social Media Correctly
I have grouped these together, because they interact with your website. The visitor to your site uses your email marketing opt-in form if they wish to stay in touch and the social media share or follow icons for the same reason. Then whether receiving your newsletters or seeing your posts on social media, you should be sending them back to your website. It creates a constant flow back and forth. In this video through examples, you’ll learn to send the right signals to achieve the right actions.
Section 9: Are You As Brand Ambassador and Your Company in Sync?
If you were to list the qualities and characteristics that make your company great, would that match up with how you present yourself? Case studies of celebrities and great brands as well are showcased. As business owners, be must be the true face of our company whether offline at conferences and events, or online through of website, social media and community sites. Susan Newman is a graduate of The School of Visual Arts with a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration. She has a certificate in web design from New School University.

In her early career, she worked as an art director and graphic designer for various book publishing companies in New York City including Penguin and Macmillan. She has designed hundreds of book covers in most genres. Her book design work is represented in the permanent collection of the Library of Congress in Washington, DC.

Susan founded Frogs Are Green to increase awareness about the massive worldwide amphibian decline (up to one-third of species are threatened with extinction). Because frogs are an indicator species of a healthy environment, she hopes to spread the message that healthy frogs mean a healthy planet for all. She is currently writing a K-3 science/art curriculum which she plans to release in time for Fall 2014. The annual contests open on Sept 2, 2014, photography and separately kids art.
