In this video, David introduces Samantha, a competitive ice skater with a history of sports trauma, prior to beginning their Brainspotting session.
David now demonstrates a full Brainspotting section with Samantha, the ice skater, to help her process a recent skating accident that resulted in a concussion and subsequent performance anxiety. During this session, David introduces two-point Brainspotting as well as the technique known as "brain sweeps."
In this session, audience members pose their remaining questions to David about Brainspotting techniques that he has demonstrated with trauma, creative performance, and sports performance, as well as applications of the techniques in a variety of scenarios.
