The best timers to use are the apps “Boxing Timer Pro" "Interval Timer Pro" “Best Interval Timer" & “Seconds" which you can find in the Mac App store or Android App store. If you find it difficult to purchase some or all of the items mentioned don't worry we have modified the workouts for what you do have at your home. NO EXCUSES!!

Kevin, B•B•B's Boxing fanatic, has been a Fitness Coach for over 17 years. Training a variety of clients from Movie, T.V., and Music Celebrities to Children, Sports Athletes, and the Advance Aged. Kevin's true passion in life has undoubtedly been helping people. Throughout his entire fitness career, assisting people in bettering themselves has been his role and focus, he finds that a quick wit and sunny disposition helps greatly to accomplish this goal. As a child and well into his early adulthood Kevin was greatly overweight, weighing in at close to 300 pounds (280 lbs to be exact).

Kevin was taught the Art of Boxing at age 10 by his grandfather a Martial Artist and Champion Boxing trainer himself, but being obese led to a lack of confidence in him and he never got serious about it until the age of 22 when mastering the Art of Boxing helped Kevin to shed over 100 lbs. This is when Kevin began his mission helping others to do the same by striving to be an enthusiastic, well-rounded, and well-read fitness trainer. Creating exciting and fun workouts, and keeping up on current fitness trends & ideas gives his clients a well of knowledge and motivation to draw from. Kevin's belief is that anyone can do anything if they have the confidence and know how. This is why Helping People to Help Themselves especially the ones who don't think they can has been the most rewarding experience of his life!
