Most people don’t want to hear that the treadmill they have been using for their work outs for the past few months or even the past few years is the reason that they are not achieving the weight loss they have always dreamed of. Unfortunately, we have been made to believe by the manufacturers that these machines offer the best solution to our weight loss and fitness goals.

Treadmills are a standard feature of most gyms and those who can afford it, have them in their homes. If they don't work to achieve weight loss then a good deal of time as well as money has been wasted. Unfortunately, new studies seems to point to them as not being as effective as was previously believed.

Section 6: YOU CAN'T OUT TRAIN A BAD DIET

When many of us decide to start working out and to get fit, we may start believing that it is okay to eat whatever we want because we can work it off later at the gym, this is a fallacy and a dangerous one at that.
