The programme is made up of short videos, downloadable worksheets and hand-outs. Although this is a short course, the exercises can take longer so remember you can stop, start and replay the videos as many times as you want.

The course begins by looking at success and what success means to you.

Next we look at the connection between self-awareness and success and how self-awareness is the magic sauce of boosting success.

You can then assess your self-awareness before we go into the Johari Window to further understand self-awareness. We then explore tips to building self-awareness before looking at what action you are going to take to build your self-awareness.
