This moving section will really get you in touch with the fact that it's a miracle that you're even here on this earth, and how truly important it is to make the most of this one wild and precious life is. After this section, you will appreciate how important it is to make the most of your life, and it will get you to start thinking about how you use the time that you have.
This section helps you to get in touch with who you are and helps you to reflect on what's truly important to you. Through the use of some powerful questions, we get you to draw on your own strengths and the lessons that you've learnt in your life. By the end of this section, you will have a clear sense of who you are and what strengths you possess.
Sometimes we can see with greater clarity what matters most, only when we are at the end of our lives. Bronnie Ware, a palliative care nurse, collected the epiphanies of the dying. This powerful section will help you tap into the wisdom of those who have come before us, who have been able to reflect on what they wish they had prioritised or felt more brave to do.
We all have ideas about how we would like to live our lives. But often we are faced with roadblocks, things that hold us back or get in the way, of living a life you truly love. This section explores the most common barriers and roadblocks, and by the end you'll have good understanding about why these roadblocks exist.
In this section you'll learn about how to move beyond the roadblocks in your life. In order to do this, you will get up close and personal with the beliefs that keep you stuck in your comfort zone.
In order to move into the possibilities of our lives, we need to learn how to move beyond the roadblocks and how to unlock the beliefs that keep us stuck. By the end of this section, you'll have the tools to unlock the beliefs that keep you stuck and you will feel empowered to work towards the goals you currently only dream of.
We only need a moment of courage to do the things that we fear. We give you a fool-proof formula for doing anything that you fear, and we teach you how to BE BOLD.
We often live our life by a checklist of "shoulds" and we tend to have a narrow definition of what success is. And yet, our life can feel uninspired and meaningless. In this section, you will tap into your own definition of success, so that you are working towards what you value, and not just what society says that you should value.
What do you value? What guides you and gives you a sense of direction in your life? You'll discover just that in this section.
Now that you have clarified your values, developed your own definition of success, and unlocked the beliefs that hold you back, we want you to get inspired and envision what your best life could look like. By the end of this section, you'll have connected with the big picture and be ready to move into the possibility of your life.
At the beginning of every year we tend to set goals, but by mid January they have fallen to the way-side. This section explores how to set goals that you will actually stick to and you will set goals that will make you feel empowered and engaged.
Sometimes it's hard to imagine all the things you need to do to change your life from where you are today. We will give you the necessary skills to be able to overcome the barriers that stop us from putting our goals into action, and show you how to break down your goals into meaningful steps, that you're bound to achieve.
How do we change our behaviours? With tiny habits! By the end of this section, you will have a super quick and easy way to change your behaviours so that you can work towards your goals without even having to think about them. Can it get any better than that?
It's time to take a good look at how you spend your time. In this section, you'll reconsider how you're currently spend your time, and get rid of the things that drain your time and energy, so that you can focus on what's truly important to you.
In this section you will make a plan to make sure that you can achieve your goals. Remember, by making small changes in your daily life, you can consistently work towards your goals, so that you can create a life of greater fulfilment and happiness.
CONGRATULATIONS! You've made it to the end. In this section, we wrap up everything that you have learnt in the course.
Dr Alicia Franklin and Dr Kass Sarll are a pair of clinical psychologists who work passionately to equip people with the knowledge, skills and tools to make good lives, great. Together they have over a decade of clinical experience helping people to nourish and awaken their natural capacity for happiness.
