Description

My name is Henrique Caiano (aka Remotion), I’m a DJ and Music Producer based in Portugal. I’ve been making music for 7 years and after a lot of hard work I managed to release more than 100 tracks, had massive support from the biggest djs in the industry, my tracks reached Beatport’s top 100 many times and successfully launched my very own record label.

Throughout the next lectures I’m going to show you how to create a beautifully structured and powerful track, capable of reaching the top charts.

On these series of lectures, I’m going to teach you step by step instructions on how to create a floor shattering track. By using my own techniques that I gathered through the years, you will learn how to create the perfect drum layer, you’ll learn how to apply the best sampling tricks, how to arrange your track the proper way, and finally you’ll learn how to mix and master your track so it sounds great, be it on your computer speakers, as well as on huge festival sound systems.

As a bonus, you will have an unlimited email line where you are free to ask as many questions as you like as well as the entire project files so you can play and learn with it, as much as you want.

Send me your finished tracks and I'll be happy to give you a detailed feedback.

Dj/Producer & Label Owner

Henrique Caiano is a dj/producer born in 1990, based in Porto, Portugal and started to grow interest in electronic music when he was 14 and a year later he bought his first decks. He started to mix drum n bass in friends party's and small clubs in Porto but now his focused on the techno/tech house scene with the project Remotion.

Remotion influences differ from deep/mental techno to dark minimal & house, combining different genres in dj sets and productions.

Henrique and Frederico already shared the stage with the biggest artists in the Techno/Tech House scene like Adam Beyer, Monika Kruse, Len Faki, Joseph Capriati, Sasha Carassi and many more.

His Productions had massive support by the Top Producers in the industry and it his tracks reached Beatport's Top 100 chart many times.

In October 2011 Henrique alongside with Frederico Ferreira and José Alves developed Sync Forward. Sync Forward started as a fortnightly podcast show. The main focus of the podcasts was to showcase various artists from around the world so they could promote their music.

More recently the Sync Forward team decided to start their own Record Label to present not only their own music productions inside the underground dance music scene, but also respected artists within the industry, in a blend somewhere between House and Techno, bringing together the best of the whole spectrum.
