This course is designed to cover the Hows and Whys of Meditation to provide students with in-depth understanding of the field of meditation. All those who want to start or already have established in meditation will be greatly benefitted by this course as it contains the essence of more than 12 years of research of various school of thoughts in meditation. The course is structured in 3 sections covering the overview, practice and benefits of meditation. Lectures are video lectures with presentation as an aid with total of 9 lectures covering 81 hard-core learning capsules. This course can be completed in a span of two weeks although it is recommended to take it slowly to internalise the concepts. For the last 14 years, I have been an humble student of yoga and meditation with primary aim to find ways to push limits of human productivity and happiness. I have read several books on different school of thoughts on meditation including completion of Vipassana meditation course where one has to take vow of silence for 10 days. With so many different meditation techniques, it is challenging to fully grasp the fundamental concepts of spirituality. And hence the need for a course to cover the basics of meditation. I have utilised my years of research and insights in the field of meditation to create a course having the gist of my findings which I am sure would immensely benefit the students.
