"Back to yoga after birth" is a challenge that will help new moms in establishing sustainable daily yoga practice. It is based on my personal journey of claiming back my daily regular yoga practice.

In Section 1 you will meet me, the course instructor, and will learn about course structure, requirements and how to use it.

In Section 2 you will learn about various tips and tools that can be helpful in making sure that you do your daily yoga practice.

In Section 3 I offer two sequences of yoga. Both of them are developed to help you improve general fitness, flexibility and define your waist line.

In Section 4 you will learn about how to continue with your yoga practice after the 30 day challenge is completed.

Section 1: Meet your instructor and understand how to use the course

Madina is the intructor on this course. She is an ERYT (experienced registered yoga teacher) with Yoga Alliance, a mother of Daniel and a certified childbirth educator with Childbirth International.


Learn about the course structure and how to use it.


Please buy a diary / note book for this course. Wear comfortable clothes during exercising. Yoga mat is optional, but can be useful. Make sure that exercises offered are suitable for you. Consult your doctor in case of doubts.

My goal is to help families have a happy pregnancy, childbirth and after birth experience. This can be achieved with the help of knowledge, yoga, relaxation, positive attitude, breathing and more.
