Introduction of the course, who the instructor is, and what you're going to learn.
As a dancer and an instructor of B-boying, I believe it's a responsibility of mine to share the history of this art form. You'll learn where the dance was created, who influenced it, and it's evolution throughout the years.
B-boying is one of the most athletic dances that exist today. It's important to warm up and prep your muscles for the type of movement it's about to do. These are also exercises that will support you in improving your dance.
In this video you learn two "get downs," or transition moves, to help you get from your top rocks to your foot work.
You've learned every single piece you need to know to b-boy/break, but how do you combine your top rocks, foot work and freezes? What now? Watch and learn this routine to find out.
Additional exercises that will further improve your skills
