Being “laser” focused creates urgency within oneself to bring something into fruition, sooner, rather than later – and the idea of not doing it, or putting it off, becomes unthinkable. When something becomes such a huge part of you, it becomes very hard to detach from it because it literally gets ingrained in the networks in your brain. When you start to bring a dream alive, it becomes such a massive part of you that the fear of not making it happen grows and spreads, ramped around your mind quite effortlessly. The more you can intentionally create and be conscious of things that move you to action, the better equipped you'll be to create the results you're committed to.

Laser Focused

Your most influential factor in anything you do is the company you associate with. Whether you believe or not you pick up the way your peers act. Show me your 5 closest friends and I will tell you who you are. You are the company you keep. Choosing unwisely can sabotage your success. On the route to success there are people that are not aligned with your dreams and goals, you need to take out the scissors and cut. Surround yourself with people you look up to, people who have already made it, understand your route, people who inspire you, people who wish you well and people that won’t put you in a position to fail. Your friend selection will indirectly dictate what destination route you will be taking.

Networking, reach out to people that know the route and know better than you. Have an open mind to listen to their input and learn from their struggle.


The greatest motivation comes from within but sometimes we need to go out of our own skin to get ignited.

Seek motivation through ensuring you have the right support network around you. You should certainly also look up the internet for videos and great blogs that dedicate their efforts to fueling the masses.

To be an athlete you must be athletic. You must value you your body as your number 1 asset. It is your number 1 asset.


Depending on your sport majority of you should be at least training 3x a week with resistance training. Resistance training is carrying a load that requires muscle contraction. Ensure to review the 7 exercises all athletes should master Video.

Remember this program is called mind gym. So you cannot just carry weights or do body weight exercises and simply go with the motion. You got to put your heart and be totally in tune with your exercises. Every workout gives you an opportunity to grow and elevate your fitness levels.

So when you are contracting that muscle you need to visualize your strength going out the rough.


You cannot out train a bad diet. You are what you eat and it's in your best interest to put healthy and high qualify foods into your system to operate at optimal. Check out the nutritional program we've attached for you.


Many athletes abuse their bodies and don’t take time to recover/recharge. You will burn out.

Here are some recommendations to recover

-Ensure you get 7-8hrs of sleep everyday.

This idea of ‘when I sleep I work hard, or when you sleep im grinding. is pure BS’.

I know people who get more things done by 10am then some people in 2days. Its all about the qualify of work you are putting in. Don’t buy into that if I don’t sleep and keep working I will outperform. There is some logic to it but you are HUMAN you need rest to rejuvenate and perform again.

    -Find solitude. Nothings brings things into perspective then some quiet time. Take some time to be away from people and noises.

    Successful people are up there because they solve unfavorable situations. They look for the market, and they solve the problem. to win the game, you need to beat the strategy of your opponent. As an athlete, you’re always going to be hopping over some sort of hurdle. You always need to have your thinking cap. top athletes are able to bounce back after their careers, using analytical skills. They were in tune with their mind body- problem solving and essentially using their mind. You have to be in tune with yourself, your goal and your mind.


    Leadership not in the sense that they lead the people. But, they took the initiative to be leaders of their own story. They took control of their destiny. in doing that, they were able to lead others as well. They lead and demonstrated by action. Leaders are not the one that are ahead of everyone, but rather they lead by having others next to them. they pulled everyone with him, they pulled people forward in their successes.

    Each of these are distinct respectively, but they intertwine. You become elite when you adopt all these traits within yourself, and live it.
