Struggling isn't usually an activity anyone wants to embrace. For most having to struggle against anything is an action they wish to avoid, but in the video Trust Your Struggle Adam Ali offers a different perceptive on what struggle is, and how reaching a goal is more about self-determination than a fight against the odds, fate, or any other person.
The journey to accomplishment is usually difficult. Discouragement comes from believing what one is limited to now is unchangeable, rather than considering hard work is part of the journey to accomplishing your goals.
Staying on when the urge to give up occurs is difficult, but the ability to overcome challenges, and defy obstacles is always worth the effort. ~ Trust Your Struggle
Our philosophy of "iWontLose" exist within the phrase that losing is not about not winning, its about not trying. If we all can make an attempt we are all successors. If a LESSON is gained after a unsuccessful attempt, we are WINNERS. We approach every goal and obstacles with a ‘i-wont-lose’ mentality knowing we have no other outcome but WINNING. Never fail to make an attempt!!
Being “laser” focused creates urgency within oneself to bring something into fruition, sooner, rather than later – and the idea of not doing it, or putting it off, becomes unthinkable. When something becomes such a huge part of you, it becomes very hard to detach from it because it literally gets ingrained in the networks in your brain. When you start to bring a dream alive, it becomes such a massive part of you that the fear of not making it happen grows and spreads, ramped around your mind quite effortlessly. The more you can intentionally create and be conscious of things that move you to action, the better equipped you'll be to create the results you're committed to.
Your most influential factor in anything you do is the company you associate with. Whether you believe or not you pick up the way your peers act. Show me your 5 closest friends and I will tell you who you are. You are the company you keep. Choosing unwisely can sabotage your success. On the route to success there are people that are not aligned with your dreams and goals, you need to take out the scissors and cut. Surround yourself with people you look up to, people who have already made it, understand your route, people who inspire you, people who wish you well and people that won’t put you in a position to fail. Your friend selection will indirectly dictate what destination route you will be taking.
Networking, reach out to people that know the route and know better than you. Have an open mind to listen to their input and learn from their struggle.

Many athletes abuse their bodies and don’t take time to recover/recharge. You will burn out.
Here are some recommendations to recover
-Ensure you get 7-8hrs of sleep everyday.
This idea of ‘when I sleep I work hard, or when you sleep im grinding. is pure BS’.
I know people who get more things done by 10am then some people in 2days. Its all about the qualify of work you are putting in. Don’t buy into that if I don’t sleep and keep working I will outperform. There is some logic to it but you are HUMAN you need rest to rejuvenate and perform again.
-Find solitude. Nothings brings things into perspective then some quiet time. Take some time to be away from people and noises.
-Epsom salt bathes

Case Study: Bruce Lee
Bruce Lee legend never fades..
For all the flying kicks and lightning-fast punches, the words of wisdom, and a solid body frame, it’s Bruce Lee himself who has left the one of the most lasting impact on the world. By harnessing his own inner strength, freeing his mind, and then sharing his enlightenment with the world, Bruce Lee has transcended being just man. He’s the eptiome of legendendary. And as is the case with all legends, his power to motivate, inspire, and instruct will only grow to motivate the masses as time passes. Adam shares why Bruce Lee is someone to look up to.
The following are Adam's favorite trait's of a top performing athlete
You can read all the self-development books, and these video, but are you courageous enough to take action. The most successful look within themselves and just do it. They take the action and steps, they use the courage it all starts with looking within yourself and being courageous.
They understand that this is something the just must happen for them. They are totally ready to give it their all. they a tunnel vision, they have filtered the extrinsic factors, coated in a repellent and ultra-focused on achieving what they need by any means possible. Laser focused, not just focused. Focused is not enough anymore, it is a loud world out there.
What they are going for is engrained within them. They aren’t following the pack; they have a strong desire for it. What they are chasing, all their actions are connected to the end goal. They live and breathe what they are doing. They are almost ready to die en-route to their goal. They are 100 genuine to their desired outcome. It wasn’t instilled on them from anyone; they have a genuine desire that lives within their heart. The passion lives in their heart, runs through their veins and is fueled by every breath taken.
“Everyone claims to work hard, but not everyone is consistent” consistency is what separates you from everyone else. Yeah, people work hard but not everyone is consistent.
Successful people are up there because they solve unfavorable situations. They look for the market, and they solve the problem. to win the game, you need to beat the strategy of your opponent. As an athlete, you’re always going to be hopping over some sort of hurdle. You always need to have your thinking cap. top athletes are able to bounce back after their careers, using analytical skills. They were in tune with their mind body- problem solving and essentially using their mind. You have to be in tune with yourself, your goal and your mind.
Leadership not in the sense that they lead the people. But, they took the initiative to be leaders of their own story. They took control of their destiny. in doing that, they were able to lead others as well. They lead and demonstrated by action. Leaders are not the one that are ahead of everyone, but rather they lead by having others next to them. they pulled everyone with him, they pulled people forward in their successes.
Each of these are distinct respectively, but they intertwine. You become elite when you adopt all these traits within yourself, and live it.
Answer these questions to get a sense of where you stand as an athlete
This course will make you challenge your purpose, question your vision, and show you how to lock-in your focus. If you're hungry for change and ready to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, this video series is for you. Each topic is designed to put your old style of thinking to the test and push you out of comfort.
The only way to make serious change in your life is to become obsessed with the process, and be unafraid to dedicate yourself 100%. Reshaping your body and/or mind can't be a hobby - it must be a full time commitment. In this video, I talk about the necessity to block out all distractions, externally and internally and become immersed in the day-to-day actions it takes to transform yourself.
Elevating yourself past mediocrity is simple, but unfortunately isn't easy. The 1% Mindset is founded on the ability to eliminate "realistic" from your thinking and average from your actions. The elite, 1% performers all understand that success is a mentality, not a destination. In this video, I explain in detail what the 1% Mindset is, how to create it, and how it manifests physical change in your life.
Most people live a life of What, How, Why - They focus on what they want to do, how they'll achieve it, and why they want that end result. The most successful people in history reverse that equation. They focus on their Why (their purpose and driving force), figure out the details of How they'll attain it, and of course, they know What it is. Your brain makes decisions based on your Why, not your How or What, so in this video, I'll help you get connected to your specific purpose.
You are what you believe - whatever you focus most on is who'll become. Unfortunately, the majority of people live a life of lack, not because of talent or ability, but because of their self-limiting beliefs. Good news: You're in total control of your belief system, regardless of your past or fear of the future. To elevate yourself to another level, you must change your current negative beliefs. In this video, I'll show you how to take that step toward confidence and self-belief.
Your passion and vision is YOURS - own it, make no excuses, and hold yourself accountable for every action and decision you make. No one is responsible for accomplishing your dreams, so don't expect anyone to do the work for you. When you wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and make a decision to do everything in your power that day to making your dream a reality.
Kobe Bryant is one of the all-time greats, not because he's so much more talented than the rest, but because his work ethic is unmatched. He realized early in his career that if he wanted to do what others hadn't done, he'd have to work harder than the others could imagine. What I highlight in this video is the importance of never getting out worked and finding someone to model yourself after. His success isn't lucky or a coincidence, it's deliberate and intentional.
Emotionally connect to the concepts in these videos - internalize them into personal change. This series was made out of a need I have to help you maximize untapped potential. You were born to be extraordinary - commit yourself to changing your thoughts and actions, and be amazed by the transformation.
For any sustainable change to take place, you must immerse yourself in habit change for 30 consecutive days. In this video, I challenge you to make a list of what has been holding you back - your thoughts, fears, self-talk, etc., and I'll show you how to switch it into creating new, positive habits that will change your life forever!
Keep this document in near reach and recite the athletic affirmation regularly till it becomes 2nd nature. Live these positive affirmations into your life.
I used to hate you,
When you called my name,
I heard it but ran away from you,
When I knew you were coming,
I used to hide from you,
When you influenced others to talk to me,
I quickly made excuses to get away from you.
Afraid of the pain because I didn't want to get hurt
Afraid to fail, so I didn't even try
Afraid of the shame that you might put me through and
Afraid of your name because of what you have done to others
Who do you think you are?
Making me so afraid of who you are?
Reflection in the mirror,
Shadow behind me,
I take one step and still,
Your ahead of me,
Sweat on my face, tears in my eyes,
I keep on going,
I heard you tell no lies,
You turn the poor to rich,
F to A's
Is there anything that you can't do?
Now look at me,
You made me who I am today,
and because of you,
I have this never losing, never giving up attitude
That is not in my vocabulary
When they quit, I keep going,
When they sleep, I work harder,
When they say that I can’t and count me out, I show them that I can
When I tell them about my dreams,
And they laugh, I make sure I laugh last.
I'm a dream chaser, that means I chase my dreams, and not no one else's
Only I can defeat me,
It’s me against this work you put on me,
There Is no losing - I will not lose,
I came this far and I'm not stopping now
My dad was right about you, you do pay off, and because of that I love you.
How can I not?
I'm no longer hiding from you, I'm waiting for you.
Matter of fact, where are you?
I need you, because in hardwork- I trust!
Get more done! Plan your day out with this simple yet effective Task-list.
