Your instructor for this course is Will Bartlett. He has been using After Effects since 2006 for commercials, feature films, and animated creative projects. He is the founder of an established video production company in Toronto Canada and has been the Visual Effects Supervisor and Lead Visual Effects Artist on dozens of projects including feature films and television commercials.

This lecture is an introduction to this course and will provide you with some information before you get started.
In this lesson we will go over the stock footage clips that we will be using throughout the course. We will also walk you through file organization in order to maintain a professional folder structure. Be sure to download the footage.zip file so that you can follow along with the same footage!
In this lecture, you will find out how to send footage from After Effects to Mocha AE, we will walk you through the basics of the motion tracking program.
After you complete this lesson, you will understand how to use the data created inside Mocha AE to bring it back and apply it to your After Effects footage.
In this lesson, you will learn how to use your tracking data from Mocha AE to remove parts of a moving object in your footage.
This lesson will teach you some motion tracking techniques inside After Effects so that you can fix actor's skin issues in footage you have.
In this Part 2 lesson, you will learn how to make a much larger mask track and use that new layer to remove blemishes from the face of an actor.
In this lesson, you will send footage to Mocha, track a picture frame and accurately create tracking data that follows the picture frame that scales and gets smaller over time.
This lesson will cover how to apply Mocha tracking data and use that info to control a logo that you have which effectively will replace a picture frame in moving footage. You will send learn how to create a much more realistic composite by utilizing blur, grain and color correction effects inside After Effects.
In this lesson you will learn how to study your footage in order to understand what the best parts of the frame are so that you can get the best tracking information. We will send our footage to Mocha AE, create tracking data and discuss the technique required to complete the task.
In this part 2 lesson, you will learn how to use the tracking data from Mocha AE to effectively remove an object from handheld moving footage. We composite rocks over a 3rd seal to remove the animal from the scene, effectively creating a scene that only has 2 seals.
