A bodyweight workout that requires a dip station or a pull up bar or stairway railing or any type of pro that will allow youth perform hanging leg raises. We will work with burpee variations until we get a full body workout and until we are sweaty! Have fun!

If you don't have a dip station feel free to either substitute leg raises for jump ups or just do the obliques and twists class.
