Raw Food is quickly becoming a very popular way of eating, not only does it provide essential nutrients, fibre and is easy on our digestive system - but now in our modern world raw food is taking on an all new level of excellence, with amazing simple and gourmet recipes that are not only tasty and delicious, but also amazingly healthy and nutritious.
I have put together a beginners course that looks at some basic recipes and kitchen staples, that can be built upon and incorporated into your lifestyle - no matter where you stand at the moment. A lot of the recipes in my course can be used with cooked food, sneaked into family meals, as well as stand alone. In this section we look at making some delicious & nutritious raw breads & wraps. We use the dehydrator in this section, but a low heat oven can be utilised. These breads are delicious and of course are gluten free and low in fat.
In this video we make a raw bread, using some left over vegetables from our cultured vegetables lesson. Here I show you how to create wonderful breads using left over vegetables and incorporating a very nutritious flax meal.
Following on from my 'left overs' raw bread, we create a raw wrap incorporating tomatoes and spring onion.

In our first video of this section, we make a wonderful creamy avocado soup. Raw soups are a great addition to your raw food diet and this is a very creamy and delicious soup. Great in hot weather.
In this video we create a creamy tomato and basil soup - again another delicious soup to add to your raw food diet program. This is a very fresh tasting soup, which makes you feel energised.
We now move on to salads and this Broccoli & Cauliflower salad is a winner. In this salad recipe we now use the addition of our Curry Mustard Cashew Cream. This is a great salad to take to pot-luck and when invited over for lunch. A great salad to impress your friends.
As an addition to our salads we look at some raw dressings. This dressing is a sweet chilli dressing and can be used as an addition to many salads and meals.
This is my favourite dressing and can be used on most salads - we look at making a Savoury Maple Dressing, that is oil free and of course fat free.
We now put together a delicious salad - Pear, Pecan & Spinach salad and use our Savoury Maple Dressing from our last lesson.
In this lesson we put together a garden salad and incorporate our Raw Sweet Chilli Dressing - of course this salad is also delicious with our Savoury Maple Dressing.
In this section we are making a fully raw burger and in this video we go over how to create a raw burger bun.
As an addition to our delicious burger, we look here at making a savoury cream cheese that we use on the final burger. This cream cheese can be used as you would a standard cream cheese - but so much more delicious.

Hi, my name is Ann and I am a self confessed health nut and have been studying and implementing health & wellbeing principals throughout my life. I regularly run Raw Food classes in my area and love speaking and connecting with people on the fundamentals of health and wellbeing.
I am really passionate about reaching out to people and educating them on the real science of our food choices and how we can take care of our bodies, as well as looking after our environment and being passionate and loving to all things.
Following my many health passions I have a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo and I am also a Wing Chun kung fu Master. I was also a fully qualified fitness instructor and regularly taught self defence.
I also dabble in Feng Shui and the Shamanic Arts.
