What is affordability? We'll discuss how the ratio of income to pricing affects what a person can really afford. Don't believe those Zillow matrices. Also, what are some hidden costs to leasing and owning a home that you might not have thought about? Of course I will discuss those.

STEP 5: Type

There are many options when it comes to the type of property including residential properties. This lecture will cover condos, townhomes, single family properties, and 2-4 units. What are the differences and what pros and cons to think about in your search.

STEP 6: Technology

Technology has completely revolutionized the way we search for homes just over the last 10 years. 90% started their search online, but the majority still used an agent. This lecture will also cover the most common websites and tools
