This 5 Days Office Yoga Challenge is created to practice yoga at your work. It contains 5 sections and each one presents one business day. The idea is to incorporate yoga as your everyday habit so you will be able to feel great benefits of it.

After some time you will feel lower level of stress, better self-control, better breath rate, focus and concentration. You will see the difference but people around you, your boss and your colleagues also will. And don't forget, key to success in yoga is consistency!
This is first day of our 5 Days Office Yoga Challenge course. We will start with Pranayama which is actually breathing exercise and after that we'll go throw stretching, forward bend and finish with relaxation.
Middle of the week is perfect time to stretch your body. This lecture is an inspiration how to do it even you still have to spend your time in the office.
In today's sections we will pay attention to our legs and hips.
This is the last day in our weekly yoga practice. We'll go throw stretcings and forwards bend but Warrior pose as well.
Marija is Certified Yoga Instructor by International Academy for Yoga Teachers Education.
She learned how to perform asanas, how to breath properly in position, how to recognize the strategic place of attention and what influence asana realizes. Combining her knowledge and personal experience she creates as best as possible classes for her students. Practicing with her, you will experience mental and physics aspects of yoga. She creates efficient, short classes for busy people but also for all others who wants to practice at home.
She is also interested in food, especially in healthy eating, nutrition and food safety.
Combining these two, she lives healthy lifestyle. Her mission is to share it and teach her on line students to incorporate yoga as daily habit.
