Did you know? In yoga we sometimes use words which is possible you haven't heard before to make communication easier. Asana is actually yoga posture and Pranayama is breathing exercise.

Section 2: Monday

In today's section we will bring our awareness to our spine and breathing as well. We will go throw stretching, twist and breathing. At the end we'll go throw relaxation. 

Section 3: Tuesday

In today's section students will learn how to perform one of breathing exercises, Nadi Shodan. They will also do some exercises for fists, spine and stomach muscles.

Section 4: Wednesday

In today's section students will learn how to practice 3 Phase Yoga Breathing and Warrior Position. 

Section 5: Thursday

In today's section students will learn exercises for shoulders and upper back.

Section 6: Friday

In today's section students will learn how to relax neck, shoulders and spine.

Marija is Certified Yoga Instructor by International Academy for Yoga Teachers Education.

She learned how to perform asanas, how to breath properly in position, how to recognize the strategic place of attention and what influence asana realizes. Combining her knowledge and personal experience she creates as best as possible classes for her students. Practicing with her, you will experience mental and physics aspects of yoga. She creates efficient, short classes for busy people but also for all others who wants to practice at home.

She is also interested in food, especially in healthy eating, nutrition and food safety.

Combining these two, she lives healthy lifestyle. Her mission is to share it and teach her on line students to incorporate yoga as daily habit.
