· In every encounter everyday you have the opportunity to use the Dialogue Model to contribute to team goals, or not. This lecture includes a written 15-minute exercise using the Dialogue Model.
Four - Share Your User Manual
· By creating and sharing your User Manual (Your Title Here) you will help your team mates be more successful in achieving team goals.
