In this course we will start to create a very high quality and realistic 3D model from zero with 3ds max. we will start with a simple box and little by little we will improve it to get our final result . In each lesson i will explain some tools which are useful for 3d modeling and also we will continue with practicing on our model . We will cover most of the different ways which we can use to create a 3d model so by the end of the course you will be able to create almost any 3d model you can imagine . I have used these techniques in many different projects over the past several years . also i will teach you how you have to think to be able to create the best quality model and also i will explain about different mistakes you may make while working as 3d designer . so hopefully by the end of this course you will be able to find projects for 3d modeling and make money . During this course we will practice a lot so you don't need any more practice to become ready , this course include around 5 hours of practicing and repeating those techniques over and over till it sits on your mind .

In this lesson we will learn more about using line in our modeling . There are several ways that we can use line which here we only focus on one of them which is the combination of line and extrude . This way everything you draw as a line it will get a mass after applying extrude in the modifier list . so let's get started .

Modeling - Top logo :
In this lesson we will crate the apple TV logo on the top of the object . We are going to use the same way which we used to crate the place for socket's entry in the back of apple TV . It means we are going to use line and extrude to make the shape that we want by subtracting it from the main object . So let's get started .
Modeling - Bottom logo :
In this lesson we will create the apple logo on the bottom of apple TV same as previous lesson with line and extrude but the difference here is that our object that we want to subtract the logo from it is not a closed object . Part of it is open and we need to close it to avoid errors . So let's start it .

In this lesson we will start to create the basic model of apple TV remote controller . Same as before we are going to start it with a simple box and little by little we will improve it inside editable poly . so let's begin this part .

In this lesson we will use some images that we had downloaded them at the beginning of the course . We will import those images inside photoshop to create textures we need for our 3D models . so let's start .
Texture - Remote control texture assigning & UVW :
In this lesson we will import the textures we created before and we will use UVW mapping from modifier list to assign the textures of the remote controller buttons and edit them to the point which the look right on our 3D model . So let's start it .
Texture - Apple TV texture assigning & UVW :
In this lesson we will assign the other texture we made for the back of apple TV to show the texts around the socket entries . And also we will create materials to complete our model and prepare it for rendering . So let's start the last part of this model .

I'm Pouya and i spend almost all my life working hard and learning new things to bring myself closer to my goals . But success doesn't come easy , in fact if it was easy everybody was successful right now . I can say i'm on the right path . Anyway let's get to my biography .
I born on October 1990 and i lived with my family until i became 17 . during these years i have started to learn and practice a lot on 3d design for many years . When ever i wanted to rest i was making something 3d . Our family business is about meat production and it is very successful . After i became 17 years old i traveled to another country to continue my study in architecture . Again while i was studding architecture i was also interested in other fields like several musical instrument and composing music . I released my first musical album on December 2010 .
After i graduated from university i imminently found job as 3d designer in an American company , actually it's better to say they found me . before my graduation i was working on several 3d projects and that company saw my work and they where very interested in working with me . They were a mobile game company and for the first time i was able to see what programmers do actually . This field attracted me a lot and i started my own company with my brother which name was " Dot Games " we started creating simple games but i saw something was missing there and that was business knowledge . So i started to look for answers to improve our work and our sales and finally i met my first mentor and a new chapter in my life opened .
i was learning from my mentor almost around 2 years , i have learned a lot and what ever he thought me in business and life changed everything for me and our company . our sales increased to a whole new level . The quality of my life changed . Over all these years i practiced a lot to be a better designer , programmer and entrepreneur . The reason i joined Udemy was that i wanted to share all these knowledge with people who really need it . I didn't find all these knowledge and experience easy and it was so hard for me to get here , but i want to help all the people out there who want to change their lives , to become successful at their business .
