Quick Biography

Jed Guinto is an Australian technical trainer who specialises in Aerospace Engineering, System/Database Design, Computer Programming and High Density Data Analysis. He has an Advanced Diploma in Aerospace Engineering (RMIT 2006-07), a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering with Honours (RMIT 2008-10) and a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Management (RMIT 2011). He has been trained by some of the brightest and innovative minds in Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Computer Engineering in the world.

In 2011 he travelled to Augsburg, Germany as an Aerospace Engineer and performed Structural Strength Analysis on aircraft's such as the Airbus A320, A330, A340, A350 and the Boeing 747.

In 2012 he returned to Australia to tutor and mentor underprivileged and disadvantaged school students in physics, english, biology, chemistry and mathematics.

From 2013-14 he was employed by Ford Motor Company as the Asia Pacific and Africa Tooling Systems Engineer. Programs and Databases he developed have been utilized in several countries.

In 2015, he was awarded the ARC Discovery Grant Scholarship and granted Full Research Funding for the next 3 years from the Australian Government at RMIT. Part of experience involved working under former NASA Ames Senior Research Engineer Dr. Jon Watmuff in teaching Computational Engineer Analysis methods to undergraduate students.

In 2017, he worked at Careers Training Group, an organisation focused on Aged Care and Early Childhood training. His main role was to develop analytic systems to connect people with technology.
